Začínajúcimi teplotami, ktoré sa nemilosrdne zdvíhajú už začínajú mnohí z vás rozmýšľať ako prežijú toto leto. Každým rokom sa teplotu v priemeru zdvíhajú a výnimkou nebude ani tento rok.

V novostavbách už ľudia rozmýšľajú vopred a realizujú aspoň predprípravu na chladenie alebo už priamo montujú do domov systémy, ktoré im pomôžu udržať dom v príjemných teplotách celoročne.

V bytoch ale ich majitelia narážajú na problém ako vychladiť byt lacno a efektívne. Niektorí musia zvažovať aj priestorové možnosti alebo nariadenia správcu bytového domu čo smie a čo nie na fasáde objektu.

Možností ako chladiť je niekoľko ale len niektoré sú naozaj efektívne a niektoré su skôr marketingový ťah a vo výsledku neúčinné (tu máme na mysli mobilné klimatizácie)

Dnes sa budeme venovať stropnému chladeniu, ktoré sí v poslednej dobe získalo veľa priaznivcov hlavne v novostavbách rodinných domov. Otázkou ale ostáva ako inštalovať a ako funguje také chladenie v byte?

Stropné chladenie

Naj častejším riešením je inštalácia splitového tepelného čerpadla na balkón, resp. na obvodovú stenu bytového domu (prípadne strechu ak je to možné). takéto riešenie má značné výhody v jednoduchosti inštalácie a kompaktnosti zariadení nakoľko vo vnútornej jednotke sú všetky potrebné komponenty a nie je nutná montáž ďalších komponentov ako sú obehové čerpadlá, expanzné nádoby a pod.
